Super Fudgy Brownies
As I was browsing over my facebook newsfeed, I suddenly bumped into this mouth watering video from tasty and immediately cant get enough with those totally gooey and oozing with chocolate brownies. The most drool worthy brownies, I must say. With no second thoughts I saved the link and dreamed about making one.
Days had passed and one day my officemate gave me a Ghirardelli dark choco chips which was already in a block form since she forgot it in her car. Even a rock hard candy would melt inside a parked car, because of the intense heat in the Philippines! So I thought to myself, what can I do to this prestigious chocolate block other than ganache? The easiest is of course, brownies! Then I remember the Best Fudgy Brownies recipe from tasty!
I must say that this is the fudgiest and darkest brownies that I made. The only problem here is its a little complicated to slice since this is so moist and dense. But a little refrigeration would do the trick to make it easy to slice. But oh boy! This is really the most satisfying brownies I have tasted since I love moist and fudgy brownies PLUS the chocolate is so rich it feels like I'm eating a chunk of semi-melted chocolate.
It's really worth to try this recipe and the fact that it's so easy to make, even beginners won't have a hard time making this :)
I won't be posting the ingredients here since I didn't make any tweak. I just baked it 10 minutes more than the specified baking time but it still depends on your oven ;)
